Tordek's tale
Tordek is a senior dwarf from the Iron Ranges approaching his 150th birthday (he’s 147). He is the second son of a family who have always had someone devoted to serving Moradin. Tordek is strong, hardy and dependable, drawing strength from the earth and his God to protect his clan. He has been involved in training with the other followers for as long as he can remember and is known for his great faith and the power gained from it.

Bio:

Tordek is a senior dwarf from the Iron Ranges approaching his 150th birthday (he’s 147). He is the second son of a family who have always had someone devoted to serving Moradin. Tordek is strong, hardy and dependable, drawing strength from the earth and his God to protect his clan. He has been involved in training with the other followers for as long as he can remember and is known for his great faith and the power gained from it.

During Tordek’s youth he was happy working the smiths and creating many things, mainly sharp pointy things, but he especially enjoyed creating battleaxes and warhammers. He also had fond memories of a clan of Goliath’s trading with his village many years ago, and even impressed the clan leader at a game of drink and tell. Once he matured and learnt of his ancestors devotion to Moradin he entered into the service of the Church to learn all he could. His research into the Great Carver has led him to study the Firstborn of Moradin, resulting in Tordek swearing an oath to revive their fighting techniques and use the strength of the Earth to protect his clan and allies.

Tordek has recently been given a mission involving some disturbances in Westbush. He has been sent away to find a group of adventurers to help him with investigating what is going on and to report back to the church. He has been told to go to the Shrine of Pelor in Fellwood to begin his search for traveling companions.
